Pastor Chuck WorkmanPastor Chuck and his wife, Tara, have been living in Westmoreland for about two years. They have three adult children: Caleb, Emily and Olivia. Originally from Ohio, Pastor Chuck was a Registered Nurse, having served as the house supervisor, Nursing Administration for Coastal Carolina Hospital, Hardeeville, SC; director of Critical Care Services for Hilton Head Hospital, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; and director of Emergency Services for Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

Pastor Chuck began serving in ministry at Tulip Grove Baptist Church, Hermitage, TN, as a parent leader, supporting the youth ministry there. He later became camp director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Week of Champions Camp on Hilton Head Island. He was ordained in 2013 and later joined the ministerial staff of First Baptist Church Hilton Head, where he served as youth minister and associate pastor/family ministries pastor.
In 2018, Tulip Grove called Pastor Chuck back to Middle Tennessee to serve as youth pastor of their church. Then in 2019 he was asked to pastor a new church in Mt. Juliet, which became Shiloh Baptist Church. That church has a membership of over 300 and plans to embark on a building plan soon.
He and his wife purchased a 12-acre farm in Westmoreland just five minutes away from Cross Roads Church not knowing that he would one day be called to pastor the church. He loves spending time with his wife and family, working their farm, baseball, hunting and telling people about Jesus.

Worship Leader
Originally from Braddyville, Iowa, Davison holds a degree in Piano Performance and Music Business from Belmont University. She is also a member of the Grammy-nominated Christian group High Road and tours with several country music artists. She previously served as worship leader at Grace Baptist Church in Springfield, TN.

Cross Roads WestmorelandCross Roads Church is a church founded by believers who know that God has called every Christian to serve Him. We proclaim the gospel as the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. We operate by God’s grace. We see grace as the motivation to go on with the Lord. Our leaders set the example and teach us from God’s Word. We are generous givers, trusting God to meet our needs. We feel the hand of God is at work in our church. God has tremendously grown the number of believers through our church.
